I officially survived my first week at my new school. I love it already. My students are awesome! I am looking forward to an exciting year!

I figured for my first "official" post I should tell a little about myself. I am a 3rd grade teacher in GA. This will be my 6th year. I am a mother of a 2 year old. She is the highlight of my life. I have been married for 6 years to my high school sweetheart. I am currently in the process of moving from my "home" school to a new school in the same system. I am excited about this new journey in my career, and I look forward to the new adventures I have ahead. I have been busy moving, organizing, creating things for my new pirate classroom (pictures soon).
